Where are the best areas to rent an apartment in [City]?

Apartments in the city tend to cluster in the residential neighbourhoods just off the tourist core — the Old Town and Waterfront districts are the strongest combination of access and atmosphere. Staying in a genuine residential block means quieter streets, local grocery shops within walking distance, and mornings that feel more like living in the city than visiting it. The City Centre offers the densest apartment supply, but the buildings tend to be more mixed in character and the streets noisier after dark.

For longer stays of a week or more, the Residential district is worth serious consideration. The supply of larger two-bedroom apartments is significantly better, prices drop on a per-night basis, and the sense of neighbourhood rhythm is far stronger than anything you get in a hotel. A ten-minute tram or metro ride into the centre is a minor inconvenience when you're waking up to proper coffee from your own kitchen rather than a buffet queue.

Is renting an apartment in the city cheaper than staying in a hotel?

For two people sharing, apartments are frequently competitive with mid-range hotels once you factor in meals. Having your own kitchen means even one dinner cooked at home meaningfully offsets the nightly rate. For groups of three or four, the comparison becomes more compelling still — a two-bedroom apartment is almost always cheaper per head than booking two hotel rooms, and the shared living space makes longer stays substantially more comfortable.

What's typically included in a the city apartment rental?

Fully serviced apartments in our collection include linen, towels, a functional kitchen (hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher), and Wi-Fi. Most include weekly housekeeping for stays over five nights; daily service is available on request for an additional fee. Some waterfront properties include parking or a dedicated bike storage area. Utilities are included in the nightly rate — there are no separate meter charges on any listed property.

Is there a minimum stay requirement for apartments in the city?

Most apartments in our collection have a two-night minimum, rising to three nights in peak months. A handful of higher-end properties set a five-night minimum year-round. If you're travelling for a single night, a hotel or hostel private room is the more practical choice — apartments designed for multi-night stays are set up accordingly, and the experience doesn't translate well to a one-night stop.

Are apartments cheaper than hotels in the city?

For solo travellers, rarely. For couples staying four or more nights, often. For groups of three or four, almost always. The per-night rate on a well-located apartment looks higher than a budget hotel, but it buys significantly more space, a private kitchen, and a living area — the comparison with a mid-range hotel room is where apartments start to win on value. In peak season, a two-bedroom apartment for four people is typically half the price of two equivalent hotel rooms.

What's included in a serviced apartment in the city?

Fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher in most cases), linen and towels, Wi-Fi, and utilities. Weekly housekeeping is standard for stays of five nights or more; daily housekeeping is available on request. Airport transfer packages are offered by a number of properties in our collection. Parking varies — the waterfront and residential district properties are more likely to include it than central locations.

Do the city apartments have a minimum stay?

Most require two to three nights. A handful of design properties and larger apartments set a five-night minimum year-round. In high season (July–August and the Christmas period), minimum stays often extend to three or four nights even for standard listings. If your trip is a single night, a hotel or hostel is the more practical call — apartments are set up for multi-night stays and the experience reflects that.
