Go City All-Inclusive Pass
A commercial pass covering 40+ attractions on consecutive calendar days. Includes venues not on the I Amsterdam card; including the Heineken Experience, Madame Tussauds, and Amsterdam Dungeon. The I Amsterdam City Card bundles unlimited travel on the GVB network: trams, buses, metro, and the free IJ ferries, for the full timeframe. It does not cover trains to or from Schiphol Airport, which require a separate NS ticket (which you can get at the train station).
One free bicycle rental
The I Amsterdam City Card includes one 24-hour bicycle rental from I Amsterdam Bike Rental, regardless of how many days your card is valid. Go City does not include this, though some participating operators offer discounted bike hire.
What the Amsterdam City Passes do not offer
The Anne Frank House and Van Gogh Museum are excluded from every Amsterdam pass – no exceptions. Both require separate timed-entry tickets booked well in advance. The Van Gogh Museum (€25) sells out daily in peak season. The Anne Frank House sells out months ahead during summer. Also excluded: the Sex Museum and most specialist private collections. Plan these separately before your trip. Both require separate timed-entry tickets. Van Gogh Museum tickets (€25) sell out daily; tickets for the Anne Frank House (demand-priced) sell out months in advance. nl before you travel.

Common questions
FAQs
Is the I Amsterdam City Card worth it?
The I Amsterdam city pass is worth it for a 3 day trip. The 72-hour card (€115) includes: the Rijksmuseum (€24), NEMO (€21.50), A'DAM Lookout (€16.50), a canal cruise (around €18), and three days of GVB transport (around €28.50), adding up to roughly €108.50 for those five items alone. With the city pass you can also access Artis Zoo, Moco Museum, EYE Film Museum, and the bicycle rental all in one package.
I Amsterdam Card vs Go City: which should I choose?
Choose the I Amsterdam City Card if you want museums, public transport, and a canal cruise in one card, it provides you with more cultural insight. Choose Go City if the Heineken Experience, Madame Tussauds, or Amsterdam Dungeon are more aligned with you, or if you're travelling with teenagers who'll skip the Stedelijk. Note that Go City does not include public transport, so factor in an extra €9–10 per day as additional travel budget.
What isn’t included in the Amsterdam City Pass?
No - the Anne Frank House is excluded from every Amsterdam pass without exception, including the I Amsterdam City Card and Go City. The Van Gogh Museum (€25) is also excluded from all passes and requires a separate booking
